tape application system. This system is capable of applying tapes to complex part
shapes & sizes. Previously automatic taping systems were limited to straight parts
only. With the programmable features of this system, the tape paths can be
modified when the parts change or the tape changes. This system is also capable of
applying adheshion promoter prior to tape application. The confirmation of adhesion
promoter application is performed with a UV sensor located directly on the tool.Most industrial facilities store raw or finished parts in large bins. These bins are
used to transport parts around the facility and/or to ship finished product to the

to introduce raw parts and remove finished parts from the process. The delay
incurred while waiting for a empty/ full bin to changed causes a great deal of down
time to a process. The Binlift provides an automatic way for an operator to perform
a bin change without waiting for a forklift. This then provides ample time for the
forklift driver to service many machines without causing downtime. The Binlift can
be built for most bin/ part specifications. Several control options are available to
suit integration to robotic work cells.With labour costs continually on the rise, and the insistent demand for part cost
reductions by the OEM, manufacturing facilities are constantly trying reduce labour
costs. The ability to remove manual load/unload operations on your equipment
becomes a low cost way to reduce labour and receive a quick payback for your
capital expenditure. CNC machines, injection moulding machines, deburing systems,
and presses are three of the most economical processes to automatically unload.
We have extensive experience working with loading/unloading of
these processes. Utilizing 6-axis robots, we can develop a custom solution to your
machine load/unload requirements.With component changes occurring most model years, most process equipment needs
to be flexible to allow for model year variations. This requirement for flexibility is
the key driver behind Robotic applications. Some components however have a 3-5
year life cycle; these processes are well suited to utilize fixed, less expensive
methods of automation and provide a good return on investment. At Two Stage
Innovation we have designed and built many applications that could not justify the
expense of robotics, but could justify a lower cost, fixed automation solution. Our
engineers are highly skilled at developing a cost effective solution to your process
requirements utilizing fixed or flexible automation.We machine most of its own tooling and components in house
